Favorite Things

I love writing above all things. When I’m not dreaming up new worlds, you can find me walking the streets of Chicago, checking out museums & new films, and reading. Coffee, green tea, and avocados fuel me:-) Occasionally, I play skeeball, and I’m decent at Galaga.

My favorite books include The Stand, Dune, WoolEnder’s Game, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, The Hunger Games, and a Handmaid’s Tale.

What are your favorites? Email me at info@cameroncoral.com and let me know.

About

Hi! I’m Cameron Coral, author of sci-fi & fantasy novels.

My first novel is called Altered, and it’s about a seventeen-year-old girl in 2039 who gets abducted and held in a medical lab where they will alter her DNA.

The first book in the Rogue Spark series, Altered is about what happens when you have to make difficult choices…

Would you kill a stranger if it meant a chance for freedom?

Don’t miss this “fast-paced, action-packed dystopian thrill ride. A must-read for fans of the genre.”

My Day 2 costume was Dolores, the farmer’s daughter/badass android. She doesn’t normally hang around Skeletor, but I made an exception in …

Who Is Your Favorite Game of Thrones Character?

Last weekend I attended C2E2 (Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo). It’s the Chicago equivalent of Comic-Con. One of my favorite weekends of the entire year, the event takes place in a massive convention center along the shoreline of Lake Michigan. Nearly 90,000 people crowded the halls as they browsed tables featuring artists, comic book creators, …
